The Horizontal Bead Mill is a sample dispersing equipment with a very high-speed agitator screw as a medium. It is well designed High Chrome Nickel Steel Chamber with Sharp agitator screw rotating inside that chamber.

Ideal for screening formulations with a limited amount of raw materials.
The product from feed funnel is pumped into the milling chamber and an agitated bed of grinding beads. As a dispersion medium Glass, Stainless Steel, Zirconx beads are used. For the best result, Zirconx beads are recommended.
These beads can range in size from 0.3 to 3 mm in diameter
Due to very high speed and for the protection of the custom made seal, water connection is provided. Chilled water supply is recommended for the chamber.
Product or sample temperature will also be maintained with the continuous water supply.
It is user-friendly equipment from loading of the beads, sample till the discharge of the sample from the equipment.

Horizontal Bead Mill have multiple application which includes the prodution of Flexo, Digital, Dispersion and other applications.
